Questions

What counts as a scan?
One complete check of one site: banner, reject run, paired GPC runs, links and privacy policy. Daily monitoring scans on Pro count toward the monthly allowance.
Where do scans run from?
From a server in the United States. Many sites show different banners depending on the visitor’s location, so the location is recorded in every report as part of the evidence.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Your account returns to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
